This original vintage advertising poster promotes various British airline companies, including BEA, BOAC, BSAA, and British South American Airways. The poster features a vibrant graphic design with three maps in yellow and orange hues, showcasing flight routes marked with the respective company logos in white against black backgrounds.
In 1949, BOAC (British Overseas Airways Corporation) absorbed BSAA (British South American Airways), which operated from 1944 to 1950. Additionally, in 1974, BOAC and BEA (British European Airways Corporation) merged to form British Airways (BA), the flag carrier of the United Kingdom, as known today.
The poster is in excellent condition.
