A great original vintage poster for 900-year anniversary in Oslo depicting the Oslo City Hall and a Viking King. According to the sagas, Harald Hardråde (Harald Hardrada) founded Oslo, where he spent much time.
Michaelsen had the winning draft in the competition for Oslo's 900th anniversary poster in 1950. Titled: "Centuries" - Norwegian: "Sekler".
In excellent condition. Does not affect the image. Mounted on linen.
