Fly TWA To Ireland

An iconic mid-century Trans World Airlines (TWA) travel poster designed by Simon Greco around 1955, promoting flights to Ireland.

The composition juxtaposes Ireland’s ancient heritage with the modern excitement of jet-age travel. A monumental Celtic cross dominates the foreground, richly detailed with sculpted figures and Celtic knot motifs. Beyond it, a TWA Lockheed Constellation glides through a pale green sky above a tranquil Irish countryside, complete with thatched cottages, stone walls, and riders on horseback.
