This original vintage Swiss railway travel poster promotes the Rhaetian Railway (Rhätische Bahn) in the canton of Graubünden (Grisons), one of the world's most scenic mountain railways. Published by the Swiss National Tourist Office (Schweizerische Verkehrszentrale) in 1961, the poster features a striking photograph by Philipp Giegel (1927–1997) of the famous Landwasser Viaduct, an enduring symbol of Swiss railway engineering and Alpine travel.

The dramatic composition captures the bright red Rhaetian Railway train as it curves across the six-arched limestone viaduct before disappearing directly into a tunnel carved into the cliff face. It is widely regarded as one of the masterpieces of the Rhaetian Railway and, together with the Albula and Bernina railway lines, forms part of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Rhaetian Railway in the Albula/Bernina Landscapes, recognized for its outstanding engineering and cultural significance.
