This is a wonderful original vintage poster promoting Luxembourg as a travel destination The poster depicts the medieval Vianden castle, one of Luxembourg's main tourist attractions situated on a rock high above town.
Vianden is located in the north of Luxembourg, is one of the largest fortified castles west of the Rhine. With origins dating from the 10th century, the castle was built in the Romanesque style from the 11th to 14th centuries.
Text on the poster: "Vianden Grand-Duché de Luxembourg cité médiévale".
The poster has been folded but the folds are not broken. Signs of adhesive tape. Mounted on linen.
