This is a spectacular original vintage travel poster promoting Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe as a travel destination. A lovely rendering depicting natives carrying goods passing by the falls on the way back to their village. The spray from the waterfall makes a rainbow.
The Farrell Line was a passenger/cargo line in regular service from New York to South Africa stopping at Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Lourenço Marques (Maputo) in Mozambique.
In excellent condition. Tiny loss of paper in right margin. Mounted on linen.
