This is an Authentic Original Vintage Poster from its time. It's not a new reproduction.
This a wonderful and very rare original vintage travel poster issued by the East African Airways Corporation. Formed in 1946, East African Airways served as the national airline of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania until the company dissolved in 1977.
The poster depicts Africa’s highest peak Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds, a shadow of a DC-3 and some Zebras running on the savanna.
In excllent condition mounted on linen with minor expertly-repaired tears at edges.
