This is a very old poster promoting Hankø Bad. Designed by famous Norwegian painter Thorolf Holmboe. The proud history of Hankø as holiday resort began in 1877 when Hankø Bad and Coastal Sanatorium was inaugurated.
Hankø is well known internationally as a venue for the sport of sailing, having hosted several world championships in different yacht classes.
Mounted on Japan paper. An extremely rare poster.
