In 1882, a magnificent gem of a building was built in the city of Lucerne, the former Kursaal. A neo-baroque palatial construction inspired by French Renaissance architecture. Even then, a place of encounters and entertainment and a feast for the eyes, ears and taste buds.
Over the last 130 years, the Kursaal has undergone several renovations to become what is today Grand Casino Luzern.
A repaired tear at top. Otherwise in very good condition.
