This a wonderful and rare original and authentic travel poster from the time advertising the "Lysekil's Sea Bath" with the text: "Res till Lysekils Havsbad" - Travel to Lysekil's Sea Bath.
The sea bath in Lysekil opened in 1847. During the 19th century, Lysekil was established as a prominent spa and bathing resort and tourism still makes up a large part of the town's economy.
The poster depicts a young woman entering the sea with a colorful blue rendering of the ocean.
In excellent condition. Mounted on Japan paper.
