This is a stunning original vintage travel poster promoting voyages from the UK to New York by RMSP in the 1920's. A wonderful art deco design by Herrick probably depicting Neptune riding a couple of seahorses. Neptune is the god of the sea in Roman mythology.
This poster appears in the German design magazine "Gebrauchsgraphik, May 1, 1925, page 71"
This is one of Herrick's rarest posters, not often offered for sale.
