This is a very typical early 1950's travel poster when photography replaces illustration. The poster shows a little girl on skis and a ski dress wearing the St. Moritz logotype. A wonderful poster of the time.
St. Moritz hosted the Winter Olympics in 1928 and 1948. It is a popular destination of the upper class and international jet set, as well as one of the most expensive ski resorts in the world. Posters from St. Moritz are very sought after.
