This is an Authentic Original Vintage Poster from its time. It's not a new reproduction.
A great ocean liner poster for Norwegian America Line, depicting a Viking longship in front of MS Oslofjord to show the linkage of long Norwegian sailing traditions. MS Oslofjord III was launched in 1948, in Amsterdam. She and carried 266 First Class and 359 Tourist Class passengers.
The poster is designed by Karl Dahl who was a well known designer and art teacher.
The poster has some light restorations and is in overall good condition mounted on linen.
