A rare original vintage African travel poster depicting Mount Mulanje in Malawi, with a maximum elevation of 3,002 m at its highest point, Sapitwa Peak.
Mount Mulanje is rising sharply from the surrounding plains of Phalombe, and the tea-growing Mulanje district.
The Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland was a federal semi-Dominion that consisted of three southern African territories—the self-governing British colony of Southern Rhodesia and the British protectorates of Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland—between 1953 and 1963.
The poster is in good condition. Some light foxing. Note the size.
