This is a wonderful original vintage Swiss travel poster. According to the Swiss National Library it is designed by René Michaud and printed in 1925.
I guess the person in the rendering is overlooking Lake Geneva (Lago Lemano in Italian).
On the lake you see a steamer paddle boat, probably a CGN boat. CGN is a public Swiss company operating boats on Lake Geneva connecting towns in both France and Switzerland including Geneva, Vevey, Montreux, Évian-les-Bains and Lausanne.
The poster has been folded but is in very good condition. Fresh colors. Would look great framed!
