This is a astonishing original vintage poster promoting Swedish Advertising at the 1927 Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre.
In 1927, the fair celebrates its tenth anniversary and the first fair for the advertising market, Swedish Advertising, takes place. Volvo exhibits its first car. The fair lasted between 14-22 May and was visited by 92,000 people.
The poster depicts Mercury, the Roman god of commerce.
Designed by Swedish female designer Greta Welamson.
In very good condition. Two minor moisture stains.
