This is a lovely and very rare authentic original vintage travel poster issued by Imatran Valtionhotelli in Finland.
Designed by Lasse Hietala, a Finnish graphic designer who won many awards for his work. He studied at the Central School of Arts and Crafts from 1945 until 1948.
The hotel Imatran Valtionhotelli is an art nouveau castle designed by architect Usko Nyström, completed in 1903, located on the edge of Imatrankoski in Imatra.
Mounted on linen. Some age wear. Minor restorations. Looks wondeful!
