This is a cool retro ski poster from 1970, with a typical winter scene in the Norwegian mountains at Easter.
A family is resting in the sun and having a picnic, eating oranges and probably a Norwegian chocolate bar called "Kvikk Lunsj", together with a thermos filled with a hot beverage.
You can see from the ski equipment that this photo is before the ski revolution and the entry of fiber glass production skis. They all have wooden skis. :-) This all changed after the 1974 at Nordic Skiing World Championships when Magne Myrmo becomes the last world champion (Falun, 15 km cross country) using wooden skis.
They wear typical Norwegian ski sweaters of the time. This is a well know scene in the Norwegian mountains in 60's and 70's.
The poster is in very good condition. Some edge wear at left margin. Cool!
