NAL Norwegian America Line North cape Spitsbergen

This is a stunning authentic original vintage poster issued by Norwegian America Line (NAL) to promote their 1935 cruise along the Norwegian coast up to North cape and then to Spitsbergen, Svalbard and ice edge.

The poster depicts a Norwegian Fjord Horse with carriage in the foreground of the NAL ship Stavangerfjord inside a deep Norwegian fjord surrounded by steep mountains and waterfalls on its journey up north.

This poster was aimed at the Swedish marked, hence the Swedish text. A Norwegian map inlay at left showing the ports of call.

The poster has some foxing at bottom and pinholes in the corners. Otherwise in great condition.

A very rare poster to find.
