This is an exquisite vintage Norwegian ski poster, an authentic original piece released in 1956 by the Norwegian State Railways and The Norwegian Tourist Association. Its purpose was to promote Norway as an enchanting winter destination.

Designed by Inger Sørensen, this classic Norwegian ski poster showcases a delightful illustration of a white and red knitted mitten grasping a snowball. Within the snowball, intricately detailed cartoon-like characters engage in various winter skiing activities. Originally designed in 1946, this particular version is the second edition, featuring the addition of a ski lift. Notably, this is the rare Danish version of the poster.
