Oscaria, the Swedish shoe manufacturer behind this artful creation, had its origins with the visionary manufacturer Ernst Åqvist in 1907. By 1932, it boasted a workforce of around 470 skilled individuals.
Fast forward to 1968, when international footwear giant Bata took over production. By 1971, manufacturing operations had migrated from Sweden to the sun-soaked landscapes of southern Europe.
In splendid condition, the poster exhibits only minor signs of age-related wear from its years in storage. Remarkably, it has never been put to use, preserving its vintage charm for aficionados and collectors alike.
