The poster, created by Fernand Toussaint, features the iconic Grand-Place in Brussels, Belgium's most significant tourist attraction and landmark. It portrays a bell ringer in the foreground, capturing the attention of a large crowd gathered in the square. The backdrop includes the Grand-Place's surrounding guild houses, City Hall, and the Maison du Roi. The Grand-Place was later designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1998.

The poster exhibits signs of age, including pinholes, small tears, dirt, and a missing upper right corner.
