This is a rare and authentic original vintage poster from the 1920s promoting Trento, Italy, as a travel destination.
Trento is located in the Trentino–Alto Adige region of northern Italy. The poster features a striking depiction of the Monument to Dante Alighieri with the majestic Mount Bondone in the background. Rendered in warm shades of yellow, green, and brown, it beautifully captures the region's natural and cultural appeal.
The Dante Monument in Trento, created by Florentine artist Cesare Zocchi, is a prominent landmark situated in the park opposite the railway station. The poster was issued by Agenzia Nazionale del Turismo (ENIT) and Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's national tourism and railway agencies.
In very good condition, the poster shows only light wear and minor restorations. Mounted on linen, it is a stunning piece of travel history.
