1848 1948 Ålesundsdagen
Originally the poster had a small snipe (pictured) which overlayed the 1948 at the top left of the poster. Great piece of rare boating history.
At the entrance to the geirangerfjord lies the art nouveau city of alesund, the adventure capital of the fjords, named norway's most beautiful city. The hjorundfjord is surrounded by the sunnmore alps. One of the great ski destinations of the world. Sentrum for sunnmore means centre for sunnmore.
