This wonderful poster designed by Damsleth depicts a lovely summer scene in a Norwegian fjord with dancers dressed in national costumes. This could be a Midsummer Night dance during an evening in bright lights. Looks like they are having a good time.
Designed for Norwegian State Railways in 1937. This is the Norwegian version for the Scandinavian market.
Light water stains at top, dirt. Would look very nice framed.
