A lovely original vintage poster promoting "BOAC Speedbird Routes across the world. Britain - Far East by the Dragon Service".
The Speedbird is the stylised emblem of a bird in flight designed in 1932 by Theyre Lee-Elliott as the corporate logo for Imperial Airways. The term "Speedbird" is still the call sign for British Airways.

This is the large French version. In good condition. Wear at edges, small tears, foxing. Mounted on linen. Would look great framed.
