Description:

This is a wonderful Swedish original vintage poster promoting the Buick 1934 Victoria Coupe. Buick was founded as an independent car manufacturer in 1903 by David Dunbar Buick in Detroit, Michigan. Later a part of General Motors.

Swedish text:  "Varsågod, En ny Buick till otroligt lågt pris för er som alltid önskat er en Buick, General Motors".

Designed by Linné, who in 1932 began to work as a commercial artist for the Stockholm newspaper "Stockholms-Tidningen", where he stayed until 1949. He is best known as a commercial artist, but he also did some other appreciated works in both oil and pastel, as pencil and ink.

The poster has been backed on linen. The poster has wear patina with missing paper, dirt and tears. Looks nice though!

This is an Authentic Original Vintage Poster from its time. It's not a new reproduction.
