This vintage ski poster is stunning! Designed by Inger Skjensvold Sørensen in 1946 and this is the rare first edition. The same poster was also printed in 1956 with some minor updates.
The poster depicts a knitted glove and a snowball with several skiing activities. This is how Norway was promoted as a skiing destination in the late 1940’s. Cool! Lovely poster!
The poster is mounted on cardboard. Discoloration, edge wear, faded, dirt. Would look good on the wall in a ski lodge or cabin. Must be shipped flat.
