Presenting an authentic vintage Swiss exhibition poster promoting the 1949 Schweizer Mustermesse, originally established in Basel in 1916 and later evolving into Messe Basel. In 2001, Messe Basel and Messe Zürich merged to form Swiss Exhibition, eventually rebranded as MCH Group in 2009.

Designed by the renowned Swiss painter Hans Falk, this poster features a vibrant orange background. Against this backdrop, two airborne birds accompany a man engaged in a landscape survey, holding a measuring stick in hand.

Hans Falk, a significant figure in modern Swiss painting, led a diverse life, residing in New York City, Ireland, England, Switzerland, and Stromboli, Italy. Recognized for his artistic contributions, Falk remains one of the most important modern Swiss painters.
