This is a charming, authentic vintage travel poster from the 1930s promoting the Wank-Bahn cable car to Mount Wank in Germany. The Wank is located in the Loisach Valley, near the Austrian border in the southwestern Ester Mountains, close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen alpine ski resort in Bavaria, Germany.

Designed by Henel, the poster features stunning artwork depicting people riding the cable car above chalets and trees, with snow-capped mountains in the distance. Opened in 1929, the Wankbahn connects Garmisch-Partenkirchen with Mount Wank in the Loisach Valley.
