A wonderful Norwegian travel poster from the 1960s promoting journeys to Norway depicting the Pulpit Rock (Prekestolen). Prekestolen is a steep cliff which rises 604 meters above the Lysefjorden in Rogaland county, Norway, and is a famous tourist attraction with spectacular views.
The Pulpit Rock at the Lysefjord was used as a key filming location for one of the most important action scenes in Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018) starring Tom Cruies.
This is the Norwegian America Line version with the text: "Enjoy your trip - go by ship".
Mounted on linen.
