This is a lovely original Danish travel poster from around 1936 designed by Sven Henriksen.
Sven Henriksen was a Danish poster artist. He was the only artist in the Golden Age of Danish poster art who exclusively worked with poster design.
The poster depicts Denmark in a bird view map showing crowded summer beaches and ocean activities like sailing based on the poster title: Denmark the land of the Ocean.
In good condition. Mounted on linen, tears, creasing and minor staining at the edges and in image area, faded colors.
An original Danish poster you don't see very often.
