A rare original vintage poster promoting Tretorn Gymnastic Shoes depicting a young boy showing off his new pair of sneakers.
1891 Tretorn was founded by Johan Dunker in Helsingborg, Sweden, setting the stage for one of the most enduring success stories from the late industrial revolution.
In 1967 Tretorn launched Nylite, the first luxury tennis sneaker in the world. It became a favorite when tennis stars like Bjørn Borg and Martina Navratilova dominated the world's stage. They even produced tennis balls.
The poster is in good condition. The poster has some wear like small tears and cracks. Looks good. It was originally mounted on canvas with a metal rail at the top and bottom for display.
