A stunning original vintage travel poster promoting the Kreuzeckbahn, a cable car from Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the Kreuzeck 1651 meters above sea level.
The cable car first opened in 1926 and have had many upgrades over the years and in 2002 replaced by a detachable two- cable gondola. Kreuzeck is an alpine starting point to the Alpspitze and into the Höllental , but above all the "Classic" ski area with the Kandahar and Olympia ski runs.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen is an Alpine ski town in Bavaria, southern Germany famous for hosting the 1936 Winter Olympics, along with the International Alpine Skiing Championships.
In excellent condition.
