This is lovely original vintage travel poster issued to promote Norway as a summer travel destination featuring a great painting by Midelfart showing a Norwegian nature scene. I wonder if it is the glacier Briksdalsbreen we see in a distance?
In Norway Willi Midelfart is best known for his mural inside Oslo City Hall, the same building that hosts the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony.
The poster is in very good condition mounted on linen. Would look great framed.
