This is an original vintage Danish political poster for *Socialdemokratiet*, created for the first elections in Denmark following the liberation from German occupation. During this pivotal time, Denmark's streets were filled with political slogans and campaign posters, capturing the hopes and aspirations of a nation recovering from the war.
The poster features an illustration of two nannies pulling a wagon filled with children, with the text: *"det gælder / FREMTIDEN / BØRNENES VEL / Liste A / SOCIALDEMOKRATIET"* ("It's about the future / The well-being of the children / List A / Social Democracy").
Though it shows signs of wear, including fold marks, margin wear, and a hole in one fold, the poster retains its vibrant colors and remains a compelling piece of post-war political history.
