A fabulous original vintage Royal Mail promoting winter Summer Cruises. Great image depicting a Spanish woman in a flamenco costume using a Spanish fan.
The Spanish fan is conceived to dancing (generally flamenco) due to its large size and it is used in lessons as well as in performances.
The Royal Mail Steam Packet Company was liquidated, and its assets taken over by the newly formed Royal Mail Lines in 1932.
Mounted on japan paper. Some foxing, Horizontal fold. Edge wear. This poster would look fabulous on the wall.
