This is a wonderful original vintage travel poster issued by Australian National Airways promoting destination Adelaide in South Australia. Ansett Australia was a major Australian airline group, based in Melbourne.
The poster is designed by Ronald C. Skate depicting a view from the Government House park with the South African War Equestrian Statue at a distance. The striking cast-iron South African War Memorial, stands at over 7m high and is located in front of Government house on the corner of King William Street and North Terrace.
The poster is in good condition. Some age wear.
