This is a wonderful and rare original vintage poster promoting the 1938 exhibition "Vi kan" in Oslo, Norway. A great art deco style poster by Harald Damsleth.
"Vi kan-utstillingen" ("We can make it"), exhibition in Oslo from 12th May to 18th September 1938. The exhibition area was at Frognerstranda in Frognerkilen. Arne Korsmo designed the exhibition area and the pavilions. The exhibition was to highlight the city's modernity and progress in trade, industry and social policy. 1 million people attended the exhibition.
