This is a stunning original vintage travel poster promoting Ystad, Sweden as a travel destination.
The Ystad settlement dates from the 11th century and is a small but charming city in Scania, or Skåne, part of southern Sweden. It is on the south coast of Scania and has good beaches west and east of the town. Its harbor is a busy ferry port.
The poster shows a man blowing a horn with Ystads Coat of Arms flag.
Ystad is known internationally as the setting for many of the novels of Henning Mankell, featuring fictional Ystad police inspector Kurt Wallander.
The poster is in excellent condition with vivid colors. Would look nice on the wall!
