Swedish American Line for Fun and Relaxation

This authentic vintage poster, published by the Swedish American Line, is the winning design from a 1952 poster competition by Swedish designer Fritjof Pedersén. The artwork beautifully showcases a SAL vessel, the distinctive SAL funnel emblem featuring the three crowns, and a large white swan at the back, inspiring the poster's title, "The Swan."

Accompanying the imagery is the slogan: "For Fun and Relaxation - Travel on the White Viking Fleet." The poster has been carefully restored, with repairs to the upper left and right corners, and is mounted on linen. Despite some light discoloration and age wear, it would look stunning framed on a wall.
