This is an Authentic Original Vintage Poster from its time. It's not a new reproduction.
Swedish American Line was a passenger and cargo shipping line. It was founded in December 1914 under the name Rederiaktiebolaget Sverige-Nordamerika, beginning ocean liner service from Gothenburg to New York in 1915.
This poster is promoting voyages Gothenburg to New York and also Canada. The ships were painted white from 1931.
The poster is extremely rare! Never seen it for sale before. It has a repaired tear at top. Would look fabulous on the wall!
